Use of Electronic Communication Devices

Electronic communication devices – In accordance with the IFAB Laws of the Game, unless otherwise prohibited by the Rules of Competition of the competition authority, referee crews are permitted to wear and use electronic communication devices such as buzzer/beep flags, headsets, etc. The entire referee crew must use or not use the equipment, and proper use of the equipment must be part of the pregame referee conference.
