Where an offence is committed and the offender cannot be identified, the senior team coach present in the technical area will receive the sanction (Law 12, Page 113)
If a player makes contact with the ball with an object (boot, shinguard etc.) held in the hand, play is restarted with a direct free kick (or penalty kick). (Law 12, Page 115)
An indirect free kick must be retaken if the referee fails to signal that the kick is indirect and the ball is kicked directly into the goal. (Law 13, Page 119)
